Home Addition - Schaumburg: The Schreiner's Story
The Schreiner family came to Normandy hoping to take better advantage of their beautiful back yard space. They were hoping we could create a space that would allow them to entertain and spend time together, while enjoying the outdoors. For a natural look that blends in best with the outdoor environment, and the home, we designed a large screened porch addition with a custom carpenter built screen system. Waterproof composite flooring material and a drain were installed in the addition to accommodate the Schreiner's hot tub, which they now enjoy year round. The addition's location, directly adjacent to the existing kitchen space, provides excellent space for entertaining.
