Develop and Approve Blueprints

Designs have been finalized. Product and finish selections have been made. At this point Normandy's residential architects, working with your designer, will prepare a full set of blueprints. These drawings will include all of the specifications, floor plans, elevations and design selections. Once you approve the architectural blueprints and the budget is finalized, building permits are obtained. To ensure your total satisfaction all residential design build projects are guaranteed for a specific completion date and budget. Obtaining Building Permits
