"While it was the positive comments we read and obtained from others that drew us to Normandy as someone to consider for the project and was a significant factor in our decision to hire Normandy over another company which was under strong consideration by us, I would like to mention to you what, or should I say who, was the deciding factor. From our first meeting with Leslie we had the feeling that she was not only someone that had the ability to develop a design that would be to our liking and to coordinate the project from the beginning to end but that she was someone that really cared for us and what we were looking for in our new kitchen.
